Account deletion

Choose what to remove, with the consequences clear before you confirm.

Delete your whole account

In the app, open Profile or Studio, choose Delete account, enter your current password, type DELETE, and confirm the shared-project warning. You can also use the deletion form below when signed in. Deleting your app from a device only uninstalls it.

Full deletion removes both Client and Artist identities, the public artist page, memberships, messages, requests, proposals, appointments, project sessions, payment-status records, photos, and Collector’s Book entries. Connected shared projects disappear from both participants’ app views. Other people’s separate accounts and unrelated work remain. Save necessary records and contact your artist or clients about outstanding arrangements before deleting.

Membership billing is separate

Removing only the Artist workspace does not cancel a web or Apple Artist Membership. Full account deletion attempts to cancel an active Nomad Web membership before deleting the account so future web renewals stop; it does not automatically refund prior charges. Apple subscriptions cannot be canceled by Project Nomad, so manage Apple billing through Apple.

Remove only the Artist workspace

Artist settings also offer Remove Artist Workspace. This takes down your public Shop Door and artist tools while retaining your Client identity. Historical shared records may remain for past clients. This is different from full account deletion.

What happens afterward

Your login and active account/project records are removed as part of deletion. Uploaded files enter an erasure process, and public image caches can take up to a day to clear. Hosting backups, logs, separate support tickets, independent artists’ records, and Apple or payment-provider records follow the retention rules described in the Privacy Policy. A legally required record may be retained for that purpose. Account deletion cannot be undone through the app.

If you cannot sign in

Recover your account or contact Support with an account-deletion request. We must verify ownership before acting; knowing an email address alone is not sufficient. Never send your password or recovery code.
