Artist Membership billing and tattoo payments—explained separately.
Monthly, 3 Months, and Annual memberships provide the same Artist workspace. Client access stays free. A membership purchased on the website or through Apple is attached to your Project Nomad account so you can sign in on supported platforms without buying the same membership twice. Creating an account does not start a subscription; complimentary access does not silently become paid access.
Web memberships are processed by Stripe and renew on the cadence shown at checkout until canceled. Open Artist Membership → Manage Membership to stop future renewal. Apple-billed memberships are managed through Apple; use Apple’s subscription management or the in-app Manage Membership control.
Cancellation generally preserves access through the already-paid period, subject to refunds, revocation, and applicable law. Deleting the app or removing only the Artist workspace does not cancel billing. Full Project Nomad account deletion attempts to stop active Nomad Web billing before removing the account; Apple billing must still be canceled through Apple. You may delete your account without waiting for the Apple paid period to end.
Sign in to the correct Project Nomad account and the Apple account used to subscribe, then open Artist Membership → Restore Purchases. If the expected membership is not found, contact Support. Do not buy another plan just to troubleshoot. Never share your Apple password.
For Apple-billed membership charges, request a refund from Apple. Apple decides eligibility under its policies and applicable law. For web-billed membership charges, contact Support. Canceling renewal is separate from requesting a refund, and mandatory consumer rights remain available.
Membership does not pay for a tattoo. Tattoo prices, deposits, cancellation terms, and refunds are agreed directly with your independent artist. Square, Cash App, Zelle, and other payment providers apply their own policies. Contact the artist and provider about a charge, refund, or chargeback, and report suspected scams through Support. The platform does not hold deposits, insure transactions, guarantee service results, or promise recovery of lost funds. Nothing here waives legal rights against a responsible party.
