Community guidelines

Respect people. Respect the work. Keep the Shop Door safe.

Share work you have permission to share

Post only artwork, photos, and likenesses you own or are authorized to use. Obtain consent before publishing another person’s tattoo or identifying details. Do not expose private messages, personal contact details, medical information, or financial credentials without a lawful reason and appropriate consent.

No abuse, exploitation, or deception

Harassment, threats, hate targeting protected groups, sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material, impersonation, scams, spam, and unlawful activity are prohibited. Do not post pornography or gratuitous graphic violence. Tattoo photography should focus on the work and avoid unnecessary exposure or identifying details. The service is for adults 18 and older.

Report or block

Use Report or Block in a project or conversation to report a participant or stop contact. Blocking does not automatically cancel appointments, refund money, or remove legal obligations. Public artist profiles, Flash, Portfolio, and Project Stories provide Report Content controls when you are signed in. You can also use Support and choose “Report content or conduct” for copyright issues or anything the in-app control does not cover. Never re-upload unlawful imagery to illustrate a report.

Review and response

The operator reviews submitted reports and may request context, remove content, restrict access, or take other action appropriate to the issue and applicable law. Decisions can be challenged through Support. Reports are not public posts and must not be used to retaliate. No moderation process can guarantee that all harmful content or users will be detected. Contact local emergency services for immediate threats or medical emergencies.

Protect your payments

Verify the artist and payment recipient independently, confirm prices and cancellation policies in writing, and keep payment receipts. Do not share verification codes or respond to demands for passwords. Report suspected fraud to the payment provider and appropriate authorities as well as Support.
