Account access

Recover your account using a reset link when email delivery is available, or a saved recovery code. If you are signed in on another device, generate a new recovery code from your account settings. Support will never ask for your password or recovery code.

Delete your account from the app or review the deletion instructions. Deleting the app alone does not delete an account.

Payments & subscriptions

Manage Apple subscriptions and refund requests. Tattoo deposits and tattoo-service charges are separate agreements with your independent artist. Contact that artist and the payment provider about those transactions. We do not hold deposits or guarantee reimbursement.

Safety & content reports

Use Report or Block in a project or conversation. For harassment or other serious user-to-user conduct, choose “Open Safety Reporting” above. For concerns about public profiles, artwork, impersonation, scams, or copyright, use the private form above and include the page or artist name. Do not re-upload unlawful images. Reports are reviewed by the operator; this is not an emergency service. Contact local emergency services for immediate danger.
